1972 Topps #65

Featured Card: 1972 Topps #65. Jim Plunkett was such a college star that even after a stellar rookie season with the Patriots in which he won rookie of the year honors, Topps still used his college all stars photo for his 1972 rookie card (his sophomore season). Winning two Super Bowls has helped to keep Plunkett relevant to this day and there are plenty of copies of his rookie card on eBay. Most listings fall in a bit above or below $20 while one PSA 6 is listed at $128.
